I had root canal therapy about 7 years ago & I told the dentist I had hip replacements & would require anti biotics for this procedure but he said I definately didn't need them well 3 months later I had to have surgery for an infected hip & 9 months later had the hip removed but the dentist said the infection was not caused by his dental work ha! Ha ! I waited 6 months for a replacemnt hip & 12 months later more infection & now 7 years later I am recovering from anothe hip replacement a complete reconstruction so beware of root canal therapy if you have had any hip of knee replacements better to get the tooth taken out |
